After finalising the details with the shopping centre manager, (as I am the liaison bettween our group and the shopping centre), the location is confirmed but we now have a tight time frame as the christmas lights at the shopping centre go up in two weeks time on the 15/17th of October. Ideally we need to shoot before then as the lights will ruin the look of the footage. So straight after I called Taygan and first asked her if shooting at night is still ok- in a previous conversation she had said to me that filming in the evening would be better for her- and that wasn't a problem. Then I told her about the short time frame assuring her that we would be able to find other locations if she couldn't (as its a lot to ask and arrange in a short period of time). She was absolutely fine with it and was excited about the location so everything is set.
